In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offense for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks.

We will get your beers to you as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days. However, we can not be held responsible for any delay outside of our control.

If you experience any issues with your delivery we request you contact us immediately, we will endeavor to rectify the issue asap.

Damaged/missing goods will be credited upon receipt of proof from yourself to us.

Please note that you’ll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged.

Refunds will be made upon receipt of goods back to us here at CBO, please allow up to 5 working days for this to clear into your account.
